My Story
Warmest Welcome to you.
What brought me here, honestly it was a painful experience not of my making, that forced a change to be had. I decided after a year of pain that I needed to find myself again. I had always relied on others to help me to make my decisions, I felt my decisions needed a back person to ensure my happiness. I would ignore my thoughts and beliefs as it must be the right thing to do for me as somebody said it was right. I had fallen into the growing up and learning how others think we should live our lives. The thing is nobody knows what makes us happy apart from ourselves which was a big revelation for me. I was accountable for my own happiness, just me so I learnt how to trust in my own thoughts, beliefs and values, which when I put into action felt right and enhanced my strengths and faith in me. I had found that when we listen to our own beliefs they are within us from a young age, intrinsically, but life in general growing up and extrinsic thoughts change who we are, so decisions change from being ours and because it happens growing up whilst learning I had adapted that way of being. You then forget how to trust in yourself and your own feelings because we forget who we were before and then when I tried to feel what was right, I felt fear and unfamiliar territory, which kept me in the uncomfortable but familiar place. I began to listen to my story of where I was going, and what strengths, beliefs and values I had inside which I had not realised before, which unlocked a new perspective and path to enable me to change my life to incorporate purposeful positive change.
I believe we all have our intrinsic beliefs of what we value and what makes us thrive and help those decision-making changes more achievable, I just needed to find the confidence and gumption to put my goals and dreams into how I wanted to live.

Here I am standing in front of you, helping others do the same. I am now at a point in my life, where my well-being and Happiness is coming into fruition. I soon realised a situation that can take the wind out of your sails, and hurt you more than ever, can also be the start of something amazing. I can now thank that situation as I was able to come out the other side, with a career I love, and sharing my well-being and happiness journey with you.

I choose to live my life, to be the best I can be, to myself and those close to me with Kindness, Honesty and a caring nature. I have learnt how to apply a mindful-ness way of being which has enhanced the way I live my life, and I can help you to become more Mindful too. I use it day to day with my clients and my family members, to ensure relationships stay healthy and strong.

My passion is to help others realise their visions, hopes, dreams and find their path, that missing jigsaw piece, to be living a happier and fulfilling life. I am not perfect, I do not intend to be, I am just an ordinary person, making decisions every day for a life worth living. If you struggle with confidence, decision making, taking that scary step, I can help you, I have the necessary tools and skills and I can certainly relate to you.
I did it, I now have the confidence and knowledge the scary path is often just our fears, and once removed provides clarity, and visions, and I am sitting here as living proof, my mission statement is achievable, if you want it enough.
I am a kind, caring, open minded, non-judgmental person, I enjoy socialising, and meeting new people, and I believe with a safe and confidential space, for you to breathe, and reflect on your dreams and vision’s you too will find your right path.

Qualifications/Experience
CPCAB Level 2 & 3 Skills & Theory in Counselling
This was the start of my journey...it was a powerful acceptance of my past, and helped me process my life and start to see the changes from chaos to a level of deeper understanding. I learnt how to abide by the ethical framework set out by the CPCAB and the BACP. These skills are a vital part of life and when actively training in this area, to apply it to clients. I completed 2 years of implementing hard work to understand myself and realised this is the start to helping others do the same. I realised my Counselling Skills level 2 & 3 helped me to process, reflect and accept my past to find myself and gained the knowledge of how to use it with others. I am very humbled to be part of people's thoughts and processes, and if I can help others see they are worthy of change, and they can find their hidden desires, I’ve achieved my passion and role to help others.
CPCAB Level 4 Diploma in Life Coaching
I saw the same professional qualifying body offer this course which could follow on from the Level 2 & 3 in counselling skills and studies. My website talks about change and how your thoughts change, this is a situation of uncertainty which has helped me not look back. Completing my Level 4 Diploma in Life Coaching, working contractually with real clients has proven to be the career for me. I enjoyed this course as it allowed me to work as a coach, I have experienced real clients, and I believe was a vital part of my training. It is a comprehensive programme packed full of evidence based experience, where I was able to explore coaching, enabling me to work ethically and safely with clients and run my own business. I have completed 391 total qualification hours this year alone, training and transforming clients to see their passions and make changes to promote their future. This course is one of the recognised accredited qualifications, and to be proficient I was expected to complete hours with clients, experience being a client with a coach, and take part in several supervision hours, all at my own cost. Counselling Tutor Alternative Online Therapy
One of the good things to come out of COVID-19 was it opened the doors of help. It is a known fact most types of helping and coaching have been completed face to face prior to COVID-19, and meeting face to face wasn't an option in the pandemic. Therapists and helping practitioners turned to online platforms to enable client's to continue their care. I was always conscious of difference and diversity and meeting face to face with somebody maybe difficult for some people. I wanted to ensure help was available to people in various ways, which I am pleased to say online platforms have enabled more people to experience help in a way that suits them. I completed 80 hours of being able to provide help using online platforms, making help and coaching versatile to my client's. I have client's I see Face to Face and Online. It’s nice to give our clients the choice, and still be able to provide a safe, secure and confidential sessions.
Mindfulness Diploma
Being more mindful has helped me see the world in a different view, I now use my energy more efficiently which makes me a more experienced listener, and see things from a different perspective, be more kind and thoughtful of others and to myself. This course has enabled me adopt a new mindset with a proven, lasting impact in self-managing stress and anxiety. I was able to do this by providing a framework to alter my perception and mood from negativity to positivity through focusing on Self-Awareness and being in the present moment. I have learnt different levels of mental health, and alongside medical treatment the vital steps to create a more positive outlook on life. With the accredited coaching qualification I am able to implement this into my business, enhancing the experience to working with difference and diversity and broaden my client base,
Experience
I have experience working for the medical profession for over 10 years as a Team Leader/Floor Coach and Auditor, which has required me to work in a fast paced environment, but in calm and kind way. I have also worked in education both requiring the helping of others, opening up the desire to continue in this journey leading me to the start of my training journey. I now have the experience, and knowledge to grow and learn into my own business, and look forward to relating an understanding others and help them find their growth, happiness and well-being, creating their Purposeful Positive Change.
